Mushroom was founded in 2009 by Masterchef contestant Gill Holland who has a passion for working with individual clients to develop bespoke menus for special occasions and delivering the very highest quality of food and service.
Rather than asking clients to chose from a predetermined selection of options, Gill wants clients to be able to determine the style of cuisine and level of service which best suits them and their special occasion – the client’s needs are always paramount.
So whether its traditional British fare, a Thai feast or a Mediterranean mezze, Mushroom catering will be happy to work alongside you to ensure that your event exceeds your expectations and that all your guests are greeted by that ‘wow’ factor.
Mushroom also recognises that a good event doesn’t just rely on exceptionally great food – preparation and planning are paramount. Gill goes out of her way make sure that any event catered by Mushroom works flawlessly – so whether you need to find a distinctive marquee, a draw-dropping magician or an ice-cream van, we’ll be there to give advice and assistance at every step of the way.
