We like to put the ‘special’ into special occasions, so whether it’s a 50th  birthday or a 50th wedding anniversary, we are here to help make your party a stress-free success.  Each occasion is different and needs a different approach and we will work with you to make sure that the food we prepare and serve makes your event go with a swing.

Gill Holland, Mushroom founder, likes to work closely with clients so she can get a feel for the event and the type of food which would most suit their requirements. ‘Although we obviously do have lots of sample menus we can show clients, what really excites me is when my clients have some ideas of their own and I can bring these to life.’

We have provided Thai-themed meals through to local produce-inspired summer buffets and we are not frightened of catering for large numbers – we’ve catered for balls with over 300 guests!

Mushroom works with clients to make sure that menus and service match budgets.  We’ve devised our unique “cook ‘n’ drop” and “cook ‘n’ stay” approach knowing that different clients have different needs:

We work with you on the menus, prepare the food, drop it at your door venue and you take over from there - see a sample menu .

Cook 'n' Stay

We work with you on the menus, prepare the food, bring it to the venue and stay till the end of the event, making sure you can just relax and enjoy the occasion.
